Minimalist Movement

Minimalist Artists' throw the need for commentary, it is based on creating ' Simple Beauty '.
Minimalists' reduce their need of ' Material Colours ' to a limited amount, moving away from detailed lines, shapes, textures and values that more conventional artists had developed.
The first signs of such activity was recorded in New York in 1929. Over the developing years, the term was later applied to this particular Art Movement in the 1960's.
As more developments arose in this area, sub-specialists began a stem of units, including
ABC - Art
Minimal - Art
Reductivism and Rejective Art.
Minimalism from Artists', was a reaction to the over use of skill used by Abstract Expressionists.
One of the first names also associated with this movement include Frank Stella - 1959 - New York Museum of modern art.
An exhibition in New York gave rise to the Minimalist Movement, entitled ' Primary Structures'.
